Volunteer Awards
Mark Lehr has been the site director for the Southern California Regional ICPC since 2000, when Riverside City College became the host site. RCC has been an incredible host for 25 years–providing lab space with computers, numerous volunteers, support from the professional staff, and willingness to do what it takes to make the regional ICPC successful, all in a geographically central location. Dr. Lehr has ensured college leadership is on-board and frequently arranged for grant funding to cover the college’s hosting expenses. RCC has hosted regional contests with as many as 105 teams.
The Southern California Regional ICPC could not exist as it does without RCC and Dr. Lehr’s leadership.
